As the Creative Social Media Manager at Creative Khopadi, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence and engagement across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that align with our brand's vision and objectives, ensuring consistency and innovation in our social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Identify opportunities for growth and implement initiatives to achieve social media goals.
Content Creation:

Create compelling and creative content for social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Ensure content is aligned with brand voice, values, and messaging.
Community Engagement:

Foster community engagement through active monitoring, responding to comments/messages, and initiating conversations.
Implement strategies to grow our social media following and enhance audience interaction.
Campaign Management:

Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with marketing objectives and product launches.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify brand reach and engagement.
Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and leverage them to improve strategies.
Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance and recommend optimizations.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns and content.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling and content creation.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics to drive insights and decisions.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field is preferred.
